Have time to cool your heels for a while and sip a glass of frosty Iced Tea in my tea parlor while my book covers get extensive numerous overhauls? I sincerely apologize for the long waits for my book and short story cover designs. I know this hold things up and nobody wants to wait an incredibly long time. Like I mentioned on my Smashwords interview, I tackle my book cover designs with a migraine because they are so difficult in my eyes to format. I'm not a computer "pixel" size whiz obviously. This has definitely been a real learning experience for me in the last couple of weeks. I didn't give up, but when all else seems to fail, just 'run it through' whatever book cover program the site provides (if any) and call it good for the present time. I did that for my book cover just to get the correct formatting in pixels. I sincerely apologize for my covers looking weird, strange and odd. Me and pixel formatting don't get along. I've had tried two different picture programs on my computer. I even stopped by a friend's house and ran my book cover designs through Adobe and Microsoft Picture it! 10 program and still my book covers are the wrong format (pixel size) on every self-publishing site due to formatting errors. I am pixel-challenged. Until I can think of something else humanly possible to do, the book covers will just have to stay like they are. Sorry if I can't get my book into any premium catalogs at the present time. I'm not quite ready to give up, but these long hours of uploading covers, then going back to format them, update changes to the actual book itself is exhausting work! Have patients, dear reader. Hopefully I can have this formatting problem cleared up soon. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Self-publishing isn't a barrel full of monkeys on some days and today is one of them.
