Finally! It is done at 27,903 words and 55 pages. Okay, so its hardly a short story, more like a mini-sequel to Velvet Blue. I began writing it, refining and hashing it out back in Jan.
My Father’s son is available through Kindle Direct Publishing and Smashwords.
Why I decided to write it (and it could likely use some clarity and maybe be a bit longer, but, eh…) have patients with me. Writing is not easy. It’s not something that wham bam, next day you have a well thought out novel that everyone is dying to read.
My Father’s Son isn’t for the faint of heart. Actually, I would have put it right up there with 20 +++ since it does contain adult themes, swearing, nudity, etc. and it’s not for everyone’s taste. There’s a demented and sadistic ‘fan’ lurking in the shadows that crosses the line. I won’t give away too much more other than it’s a take on an old fashioned ‘rebellion’ when teenagers can’t handle the truth and decide they’re going to punish their parents by running away.
Stay tuned…
